As well as using Personnel & HR Manager for determining Line Manager details for workflow and approval processes, there are more advanced options also available.
When integrated with Personnel & HR Manager, or even an external data source, Timesheet Management can obtain and append salary costs to time data logged in Timesheet Manager, according to each time entry, spent per task, project or activity.
This enables accurate cost reporting and project management.
There is also an activity based costing module for more advanced cost reporting and cost apportionment tasks, if required.
Your Help Desk team can log their time on a time sheet, against projects and activities then analyse which internal departments are using the time and other resources of the Helpdesk the most. Armed with this information, managers can assess how best to reduce costs and increase productivity.
Timesheets fits very nicely with our Notes Holidays, leave and absence software. This could allow for automatic calculations of accrued Time off in Lieu (TOIL), Flexi-time and extra holidays against logged time.
Once the user wishes to take a days Time off in Lieu (TOIL) for example, they would complete a holiday request and this would be automatically deducted from their accrued TOIL not from their annual holiday entitlement.
